About Front Range Insurance Services

Jessica Ceriani, Partner:

In 1999, Jessica moved from New York to Colorado with her husband Brian. She worked part-time for four years in the insurance industry in New York. In Colorado, she worked in the financial industry for five years before starting Front Range Insurance with her father. Jessica believes in helping clients understand their insurance coverages and illustrating what changes can be made to better meet their needs. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has two children and enjoys outings with the kids! In brief moments of spare time, you might find Jessica riding her horse in surrounding wilderness areas, camping, hiking, running, and skiing.

Donald J. Striplin, Partner:

Don has worked in the insurance industry since 1981. Don started Front Range Insurance Services in Colorado with his oldest daughter Jessica in 2004. Don is mostly retired and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, riding his motorcycle, hiking, and volunteering in the community.

Hannah Lally, CSR:

Hannah was born and raised in Washington State, but has called Colorado home since 2009. She graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2017 with a degree in English and has an undeniable love for reading and writing. Hannah joined the Front Range Insurance team in April of 2019 and is looking forward to getting to know our clients and learn more about insurance. In her free time, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, going to the movies, cooking, watching CO sports, drinking wine, or camping- and always with a book in her hand.

Amy Gamber, CSR:

Amy joined Front Range Insurance in 2019 as a customer service representative. Amy moved to Colorado from Michigan in 2004 for graduate school after getting her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University. She met her husband, a Colorado native, and planted roots here when they started their family. She enjoys time spent with her husband and two children traveling, biking, and socializing with their incredible neighbors and community. Amy is an active parent volunteer in Littleton Public School District where her children attend school.

Felipe Diaz, Agent:

Felipe is a Colorado native living in Denver since 2008. He attended the University of Denver and graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013. He joined Front Range Insurance in 2014. Felipe enjoys meeting with clients and advising them through the insurance process in order to present more well informed options and provide peace of mind. Outside of work, he's a devout soccer player, cycling enthusiast, and Colorado craft beer connoisseur. He also likes reading and writing, hiking and camping, and discovering new movies and music.

Deborah Raad, Administrative Support Specialist:

Debbie Raad joined Front Range Insurance in 2010. She served as our office manager for many years, but has partly retired and works part-time assisting with behind the scenes administrative support. Debbie enjoys camping with her husband Joe and spending time with her 3 children and grandchildren.

Cari Lewton, Agent

Cari Lewton began her career as an Insurance Agent in 2004. A couple of years later she became an independent insurance agent, joining Front Range Insurance in 2006. She has a degree in Biology from Metropolitan State College of Denver, where she was greeted on the swimming and diving team with a full ride scholarship. She was known for placing 5th in the nation on the 3-meter diving event. When she isn’t glued to a computer screen, she spends time with her 2 children Connor and Dylan, playing soccer, traveling, and enjoying her 3 canine friends.

Jill Muirhead, Agent

Jill earned her Bachelor’s Degree at University of Wisconsin Stout and soon after moved to Colorado. Throughout Jill’s career, she has had the opportunity to serve customers across many different industries. Since she first began her insurance career in 2004, Jill has found being an insurance agent and helping clients secure their most important belongings to be the most rewarding. She understands what it means to work hard to build a strong foundation for a family and how important it is to protect hard earned assets. With a passion and drive to exceed client expectations, she believes that clients get the best value through thoughtful stewardship, focus, accountability, and integrity.

When not engaged in work activities she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children in the great outdoors.

Shawn Padalecki, Agent:

Shawn is a semi-native of Colorado, having spent all but 8 years of his life here. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Colorado State University, after which he spent 15 years working in Physical Therapy. It was from that experience that he realized how many people did not understand the benefits of their own insurance policies, and he knew he could make a difference to his clients by explaining those benefits at the time of purchase, before a claim happened. He enjoys working with clients to determine their needs, and making professional recommendations based on those needs. In 2015, Shawn was recipient of the Five Star Home and Auto Insurance Professional Award. Shawn draws his inspiration from his wife and 2 daughters, and spends his free time exploring the beautiful Rocky Mountains with them.
